sensy

Terms of service

Version of 13 October 2026 · Draft pending legal review.

Who we are

Sensy (sensy.page) is provided by Weekshot Sp. z o.o., Poland («we»). Contact: contact@weekshot.com.

The service

Sensy lets you create living messages and letters, share them by link or QR code, or save them as a video or a picture on your device. It is free for personal, non-commercial use and is provided «as is» and «as available», without any guarantee.

Businesses may use Sensy commercially (for example, offering messages with their products) only under a separate partner agreement with us; for partners, that agreement prevails over these terms.

Age

You must be at least 16 years old to use Sensy.

Your content

You are responsible for everything you create and send, including the words you write.

Do not use Sensy for: content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening or violent; sexual content involving minors; content that infringes other people’s rights; other people’s personal data without their consent; spam, advertising or mass sending; impersonating a person or an organisation; deceiving people, phishing or fraud; anything meant to harm the service or other people’s devices.

Links are public: anyone who has a link can open the message and pass it on. Do not send secrets or anything you would not want others to see.

No guarantee of storage

We do not promise to keep any message, letter or link for any period. A message may stop opening at any time, for a while or for good, without notice: because we removed it, because of a technical failure, or because the service changed or ended. Sensy depends on third-party services (hosting, network, sign-in); if they fail or change, messages may be lost.

If a message matters to you, save it as a video or a picture.

Removal and restriction

We may remove any message or letter, restrict access to it, or restrict anyone’s use of Sensy, at any time and at our sole discretion: after a report from any person, or on our own decision, without having to give a reason.

We do not notify the sender, before or after: messages are sent without an account, so we have no way to reach the sender. Where the law requires us to explain a decision and we have a way to reach the person concerned, we do so.

Reports

Anyone can report a message from its page: «⋯» → «Report» on a phone, «Report» at the bottom of the page on a computer. A report does not hide the message by itself; we review it and decide.

We act on content that breaks these terms or the law, normally within 7 days of a report, and on clearly illegal content sooner. If you report illegal content and leave an e-mail address, we tell you our decision.

Deleting a message you sent

Sensy does not give senders without an account a way to delete a message themselves. To have a message deleted, send its link to contact@weekshot.com. We may ask for details that show it is yours.

Licence

You keep the rights to your content. You grant us a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store, copy, process and display it while we keep it, solely to provide, protect and moderate the service, including to show it to anyone who has the link.

Changes to the service

We may change, limit, suspend or end Sensy or any of its features (for example, sending your own words by link) at any time, without notice. We may limit how often and how much it can be used.

Liability

Sensy is free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the loss or unavailability of content, for interruptions, or for indirect damage.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Polish law, or any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law. If a part of these terms cannot be applied, the rest still applies.

Law

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence.

Changes to these terms

We publish changes on this page with a new version date. They apply from publication; if you keep using Sensy after a change, the new terms apply.
